DUSTY TUUKS TRAINING CENTER

NEW BRIGHTON, MN

Dusty Tuuks Training Center lessons are 75 minutes long with coach Joe Dziedzic or coach Lucas Kohls. The 75 minutes is split between the off ice performance area and synthetic ice. This is a great way to water two plants with one hose. JD Hockey’s expert coaches will assess the player and create a workout geared toward the skills of the individual.

Synthetic Ice Training: State of the art synthetic ice is as close to real ice as it gets.

Off Ice Performance: Strength - Speed - Agility: Age appropriate workouts focused on developing strength, speed and agility. Reflexive training tools are used to develop the way the mind communicates with the body in order to create more efficient movement.
