Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless JD Hockey, and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, assigns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third-party.

Emails

By submitting information via registration forms, contact forms or subscription forms, User agrees that JD Hockey may send User informational emails regarding dates, times, locations of JD Hockey as well as marketing emails for JD Hockey services.

Notice of Photography, Audio and Video Recordings

While participating in any JD Hockey program, you may enter an area (e.g., ice surface or strength & conditioning training area) where photography, audio or video recording is taking place. By participating in any JD Hockey program you consent to such photography, audio and video recording. By registering any minor for JD Hockey programs, you acknowledge that you are the legal parent or guardian of such minor and consent to the photography, audio or video recording of such minor while participating in the program. You understand and acknowledge that such recording may be used for marketing purposes and that you are not entitled to any compensation for reproduction of your image, likeness or voice in any JD Hockey marketing materials.
